The subject of a national TSBB get-together has been batted around many times to no avail. On October 18, 2004, while many of our chat group were off enjoying themselves and ahing and oohing over Travis's new boat, Pilgrim, down at the Wooden Boat Show, others of us were planning to make a national event happen. A preliminary committee of Noemi, Bad Bob, Jan, Charles, JT and Gene was formed to make it happen..

The location will be Kentucky Lake starting June 16th, 2006.

The theme will be a tribute to Doc, who had the vision of trailer sailors gathering all over the country.   We would like red bandannas - our symbol to remember Doc - to be worn by all attending.

After the first day's sail, the committee will furnish a meal for all present. The second night will be a potluck.. There will be free morning coffee each day. .

There is plenty of room for ideas and suggestions - bring them up on the board where we will ALL sort through them and make a decision on the merits of each.. This is something that has been tossed about for a long time; let's all get behind it and plan vacations to fit the Nationals, it's our SHOW TIME.

It's a big task, let's all work together to make it happen.
