| Refund Policy: Our products carry a warranty from the manufacturer. We provide no additional warranty beyond that. Poli Glow has a very libereal policy and have found Mermaid to be very co-operative with any problem or question we have ever had. Please notify us immediately, if you have any problems.
Delivery: Any shipment over one pound goes out UPS ground with appropriate insurance. We will send the tracking number to you in an email. Please follow the tracking number and let us know if UPS has any problems.
Credit Card Purchases: Our shopping cart goes directly to the secured web site of our credit card processor. We never see you card number, not do we have any way to retain it. Since our credit card processor is part of the banking fraternity, your financial information is as secure as an ATM transaction.
We will not charge your credit card until the order is ready to ship. We will adjust your transaction amount if there are any problem that would delay shipping your product.
